Wiiview: Enjoy an endless winter with Shaun White Snowboarding

sws

Call up your fav bro-brahs and stock up on some Code Red Mountain Dew cause you’ve got some serious riding to do!

Uh…just kidding. But seriously, Shaun White Snowboarding for Wii is actually really fun. As usual with Wii games don’t expect much by way of the graphics, but in terms of playability, novelty, and use of the Wii Balance Board, SWS is quite entertaining. The sensitivity of the Balance Board combined with the game play is accurate enough to give players semi-realistic control over their virtual rider.

For those of you who are too lazy to get off the couch (or just don’t own a Balance Board), playing with a Wiimote is also enjoyable – you control the snowboarder’s carving by rolling the ‘mote left and right.

All in all, if you enjoy racing games, want to add another solid 4-player game to your arsenal, and own a Wii Balance Board, look no further than Shaun White Snowboarding. Fresh powder and countless hours of procrastination entertainment guaranteed.
