What do Thomas Paine, Oprah, Tom Selleck, and I all have in common?

No, it’s not Common Sense (or at least that type of common sense), a great mustache, or fame . Today is the anniversary of the day in which we were all respectively born – a.k.a. it’s our birthday!

Ah, January 29.  Is there really any other day like it? Oh right, the other 364 days. Not generally one to make a big deal out of today, I’m basically just procrastinating (law school is not fun, for the record). But, it is always fun (esp. since the formation of Wikipedia) to do a little b-day research to see who and what happened on your “big” day.

Lucky for me (and at least 53% of my fellow citizens), there is a little more reason to celebrate this year (see below) than usual.
